How to Play

1. Choose a Bet Level.
2. Spin the reels by:
   • Clicking/tapping the Spin button.
   • Clicking/tapping the Spacebar (Desktop mode only).
   • Clicking/tapping and holding a reel, then dragging it downwards.

Some settings may not be available in all versions of the game.

Game Overview

Maze Escape Megaways is a 7-row, 6-reel MEGAWAYS game featuring the Shifting Maze Avalanche, Guidance of Athena Feature, Minotaur Wild Feature, and Labyrinth Free Spins. The theoretical average return to player (RTP) is shown in-game.

A MEGAWAYS win occurs when 3 or more identical symbols land on consecutive reels from left to right. All wins pay left to right. The win amount is multiplied by the number of winning symbols per reel and by the Multiplier if applicable.

Winning combinations and payouts are determined according to the Paytable. The Paytable is based on the current Bet configuration and adjusts with the total Bet. All bets and payouts use the chosen currency and are based on the total Bet. Only the highest win is paid per MEGAWAYS. Only the longest matching combination for each symbol is paid. Simultaneous wins on different MEGAWAYS are combined.

Special Symbols

• Up to 6 Blocker symbols may appear on each reel at the start of each spin. These symbols do not participate in winning combinations and remain locked in position.
• Blocker symbols can be unlocked during the Shifting Maze Feature.
• Special Blocker symbols may appear on reels 3-6 and will shift with the reels during the Shifting Maze Avalanche.
• There are 3 kinds of special Blocker symbols:
  • Athena Blocker: Activates Guidance of Athena Feature when unlocked.
  • Minotaur Blocker: Activates the Minotaur Wild Feature when unlocked.
  • Labyrinth Blocker: Awards an added Multiplier or additional Labyrinth Free Spins when unlocked.

Bonus symbols may appear on reels 1-6 in the Base Game. Collecting 3 Bonus symbols in one game round activates Labyrinth Free Spins. Bonus symbols do not participate in winning combinations.

Shifting Maze Avalanche

• The center position of the leftmost reel is a special position highlighted in the Base Game.
• If a winning combination includes a symbol in this position, it becomes the Path symbol, starting the Shifting Maze Avalanche.
• All MEGAWAYS wins are awarded first.
• Blocker, Path, and Minotaur Wild symbols are locked in position; other symbols are removed.
• Path symbols are centered on each reel.
• Reels shift left by one step; the first reel exits, and a new reel containing 1 to 6 Blocker symbols is added on the right.
• After each shift, 2 random Blocker symbols are unlocked.
• Special Blocker features are activated if unlocked.
• New symbols fill empty spaces and wins are evaluated.
• Shifting Maze Avalanche repeats until no Path symbol winning combinations remain.

Guidance of Athena Feature

• Activated when an Athena Blocker symbol is unlocked during the Shifting Maze Avalanche.
• 1 to 4 Path symbols are placed on empty positions on the reels before new symbols fall down.

Minotaur Wild Feature

• Activated when a Minotaur Blocker symbol is unlocked during the Shifting Maze Avalanche.
• The Minotaur Blocker becomes a Minotaur Wild symbol, covering its entire reel.
• This Wild symbol receives a random Multiplier between x1 and x7.
• Minotaur Wild symbols substitute for all symbols in win evaluations.
• If multiple Minotaur Wilds are present in a win, their Multipliers are multiplied by each other.

Labyrinth Free Spins

• Triggered by collecting 3 Bonus symbols in one round, activating 10 Labyrinth Free Spins.
• Any win during Free Spins activates the Shifting Maze Avalanche.
• If one symbol type forms a win, it becomes the Path symbol; if multiple types, a random winning symbol is selected.
• During Free Spins, Labyrinth Blocker symbols can appear on reels 3-6.
• When unlocked, Labyrinth Blocker symbols award either additional free spins or an added Multiplier for all subsequent Free Spin wins.
• Possible awards from Labyrinth Blocker:
  • +x1 Multiplier
  • +x2 Multiplier
  • +x3 Multiplier
  • +1 Labyrinth Free Spin
  • +2 Labyrinth Free Spins
  • +3 Labyrinth Free Spins
• Free Spins use the same bet configuration as the round that triggered them and cannot be retriggered.

Additional Information

• Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Incomplete games automatically resolve after 2 days. Any resulting wins from auto-resolve will be paid to the account.
